About Me

I am a 40 plus year old woman living my wildest dream—making people happy with my photography!  So far so good.  I’ve been a professional photographer more than half my life to one degree or another.  The last ten years, with the website and social media it has mushroomed into something other-worldly sometimes.  My craft and my business, whether wedding or portraits, commercial or art that hangs on my client’s wall,  is growing continuously and going very well.

My work is best when derived from a place of true comfort. A person’s home, in their favorite public place or piece of architecture, in the shade of their barn, delivering their child the way THEY want to, in their own bed….you get the idea…..

I have a big old comfy (i.e.messy)house in the country, lots of dogs, lots of cats, a man who loves me, some of the most talented people I’ve ever met working beside me when I need help, friends, brothers, sisters and parents who have always been my strongest supporters, and a daughter who is (OMG) mini-me.

It’s a great life, and one in which I seem to be leaving a trail of clients who speak well of me, and have adopted me into their families and companies…
